2024 Olympic Games Paris
My contribution to making the Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games a success.
Plan and execute the bump-in / bump-out of the IBC, the largest in the history of the Olympic Games (22 hectares) with an operational period of 10 months.
Plan, hire, load/unload more than 180 trucks and manage more than 20,000 pieces of furniture.
Recruit, manage and motivate a team of more than 25 people, manage working hours and shifts to cover 24h/7d during the games, hold meetings every morning to organise the working day, inform about new developments and remind about safety measures.
Prepare and share daily reports with the LCC, monitoring indicators and continuous improvement.
Coordinate logistical activities with the other departments (technology, infrastructure, dissemination services, etc.) of the Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Daily update of the IT tools: Master Delivery Schedule, Bump-in/Bump-out matrix, Horoquartz…
Build and mantain a relationship of trust with OBS and with the Media Rights Holders represented at the IBC.
Work in multilingual and multicultural environment, ensure effective communication and professional ethics.
