2024 Olympic Games Paris

My contribution to making the Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games a success.

  • Plan and execute the bump-in / bump-out of the IBC, the largest in the history of the Olympic Games (22 hectares) with an operational period of 10 months.

  • Plan, hire, load/unload more than 180 trucks and manage more than 20,000 pieces of furniture.

  • Recruit, manage and motivate a team of more than 25 people, manage working hours and shifts to cover 24h/7d during the games, hold meetings every morning to organise the working day, inform about new developments and remind about safety measures.

  • Prepare and share daily reports with the LCC, monitoring indicators and continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate logistical activities with the other departments (technology, infrastructure, dissemination services, etc.) of the Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

  • Daily update of the IT tools: Master Delivery Schedule, Bump-in/Bump-out matrix, Horoquartz…

  • Build and mantain a relationship of trust with OBS and with the Media Rights Holders represented at the IBC.

  • Work in multilingual and multicultural environment, ensure effective communication and professional ethics.
