2026 Winter Olympics

The Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games, officially known as the XXV Olympic Winter Games, will take place from 6 to 22 February 2026 and from 6 to 15 March 2026, but preparations are already intense and, as the date approaches, dizzyingly fast.
Plan and execute the bump-in / bump-out of the IBC, MPC and UAC with a 9-month operational period (+22K pieces of FFE deployed throughout the venue).
Plan and coordinate logistical operations, assist and ensure an efficient and safe working space, from bump-in to bump-out.
Coordinate +3500 MDS bookings in more than 7 unloading areas, assist with unloading and loading of trucks.
Recruit, manage and motivate DVLMs, VLSM and DVLSM, manage workforce (+40 pax) and work schedules, shifts, daily briefs and debriefs.
Coordinate logistical activities with the other departments (technology, infrastructure, broadcasting services, press, accreditation, transport, security, etc.) of the Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Maintain continuous communication with OBS (logistics, construction, services) and coordination to create and maintain a relationship of trust with the Media Rights Holders.
Work in a multilingual and multicultural environment, ensure effective communication and professional ethics.
Contribute to the success of the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
