Milano-Cortina

The Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games, officially known as the XXV Olympic Winter Games, will take place from 6 to 22 February 2026 and from 6 to 15 March 2026, but preparations are already intense and, as the date approaches, dizzyingly fast.

  • Plan and execute the bump-in / bump-out of the IBC, MPC and UAC with a 9-month operational period (+22K pieces of FFE deployed throughout the venue).

  • Plan and coordinate logistical operations, assist and ensure an efficient and safe working space, from bump-in to bump-out.

  • Coordinate +3500 MDS bookings in more than 7 unloading areas, assist with unloading and loading of trucks.

  • Recruit, manage and motivate DVLMs, VLSM and DVLSM, manage workforce (+40 pax) and work schedules, shifts, daily briefs and debriefs.

  • Coordinate logistical activities with the other departments (technology, infrastructure, broadcasting services, press, accreditation, transport, security, etc.) of the Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

  • Maintain continuous communication with OBS (logistics, construction, services) and coordination to create and maintain a relationship of trust with the Media Rights Holders.

  • Work in a multilingual and multicultural environment, ensure effective communication and professional ethics.

  • Contribute to the success of the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.

Images that speak...

of a perfect interlocking that highlights the Olympic and Paralympic effort to make winter sports more accessible and universal, thanks to pieces that assume the logistical magnitude of such ideals.
I consider myself one of them.
