My position and duties:
VLA Stadium
HBS 2026, Mexico
Coordination of transportation, accommodation, accreditation and catering for all HBS staff and Stakeholders (circa 170 pax).
Management of deliveries and shipments between the IBC in Dallas and the stadium Ciudad de Mexico.
Cooperation with FIFA's counterparts in transport, accreditation, security, logistics and catering.
Management and motivation of "runners", management of local runners responsible for support and transport tasks.
Continuous communication with HBS' Venue Management, Technology, and Production teams and coordination to guarantee the success of the operations, considering the challenges that arose and bringing solutions.
Contribute to ensuring the broadcast of the Opening Ceremony of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, as well as the 5 matches that were played at the stadium Ciudad de Mexico.
